After attending Cal Poly State University, SLO majoring in Computer Science, Michael P. Salucci began his career in government, after reaching the position senior project manager; in 1980 Mr. Salucci was the founding principal in Computer And Software Enterprises, Inc. (CASE). The corporation initially and successfully focused on the development of proprietary systems for large companies seeking a competitive advantage in their industry. In September of 2015 CASE was sold to HPD Software of London England the global market leader in factoring software that also specializes in invoice finance software and asset based lending software.

From 1983 – 2015 CASE focused on working with large Banks. Mr. Salucci is the primary architect of the ABLE System, which is recognized as the premier software solution in the asset based lending industry. ABLE has managed tens of thousands of loans representing hundreds of billions of dollars in commitments and is used daily by hundreds of Banking Professionals. ABLE manages the loan/client relationship as well as A/R, Inventory, Machinery/Equipment, Real Estate, and Letter of Credit collateral ranging from a few million to billion plus multi-bank syndicated loans.

Mr. Salucci has a very active business partnership with many of the top-tier banks in the country. Over the years they have including essentially all of the major financial institutions in the U.S. As a hands-on, proactive advisor and, he has guided these organizations in using technology to significantly enhance their operations by increasing both effectiveness and efficiency. He works hands-on in assisting them in developing solutions for their complex operational challenges and advising and supporting them in the development/implementation of strategic initiatives for future growth.

Additionally, Mr. Salucci is the principle of Salucci Holdings, LLC a real-estate development/investment firm that currently has numerous active projects in progress, is Co-founder and board member of SLO Seed Ventures, Inc. an organization that mentors and finances early stage companies; is a major investor and board member of LeftLane Sports the industry leader in on-line flash sales for the action sports community; is a board member and CFO of I-V Access Technology, Inc. which designs and develops next generation intravenous catheters. Historically, he was a founding share holder and member of American Perspective Bank’s Advisory Committee; Co-Founder of the Creeky Tiki one of San Luis Obispo’s favorite Restaurants/Night Spots; a Co-founder of The DocuTeam, a central coast document storage/management firm.
